The needle is easily animatable with the waveform modifier applied to the object rotation.
You only need to assign any audio file to the modifier to make the needles follow the peak volume of the file.

Another model with CD is introduced in 1932, is one of the most widely recognized designs of all antique radios. It has quite simply been dubbed

the “Cathedral” or is sometimes referred to as the “Gothic.” This remarkably rich replica is outfitted with an arched almost flat veneered top and applied solid wood moldings are hand-rubbed to perfection using same unflinching standards.
