S.Korea was definitely the way to keep thinking about the perfect combination which is a masters in information systems from the faculty of information technology of Kobe Institute of Computing, a fact that that has put him not only to write a second dissertation in mobile learning but also to create the first mobile application that he called “Femto degree”, An app that enhances stakeholders capacity while at work and enable a precise evaluation by their supervisor without any bias.
